ANTI-BULLYING & SUICIDE PREVENTION

Accelerated Schools of Overland Park encourages students, parents and staff members to report any incidence of bullying. ASOP also holds awareness activities throughout the school year, with the goal of creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

In addition, staff are trained in suicide prevention as part of their professional development. For example, in February 2026, staff received QPR Institute’s industry-leading suicide prevention “Gatekeeper Training.”
